Admission guidelines
Read these instructions before creating an account. College notices and the choices displayed inside the application portal take precedence if admission rules are updated.
Application process
- Check the latest notice. Confirm that admission is open for your class, course and semester.
- Create an applicant account. Enter the applicant's own mobile number and email, complete the security check, and verify the OTP.
- Login and complete the form. Enter personal, guardian, address, academic and bank details exactly as shown in supporting records.
- Upload readable documents. Use the file formats and size limits shown on the upload screen.
- Select subjects. Use the subject choices shown by this portal for the selected course and semester.
- Review before submission. Recheck spelling, dates, category, course, subjects and contact details.
- Submit and keep copies. Download the application/acknowledgement and payment receipt where applicable.
Documents to keep ready
- Recent passport-size photograph and signature.
- Marksheet and pass certificate of the qualifying examination.
- Admit card or age-proof document.
- Aadhaar Card and the applicant's active contact details.
- Caste, EWS, disability, income or gap certificate, if applicable.
- DHE Unique ID, PEN or APAAR details when required by current notices.
- Bank account details in the applicant's name where requested.
- Any additional document specified by the college.
Important: Originals may be required for verification. Uploading a document does not replace physical verification when the college asks for it.
Subject selection
Available Major, Minor and other course components are loaded according to the selected course, semester and current college configuration. Choose only from the options displayed in the application. Review every choice before final submission because changes may require approval from the college office.
- Do not rely on an older screenshot or subject list; portal options may change by session.
- Confirm course type and semester before choosing subjects.
- If an expected subject is not shown, stop and contact the college instead of selecting an unrelated option.
Account and payment safety
Protect your login
Do not share your password or OTP. The applicant is responsible for information submitted through the account.
Retain receipts
Save the application number, payment reference and receipt. Do not pay again immediately for a pending transaction.
Use correct information
False, incomplete or mismatched information may cause rejection or delay during document verification.
Refunds and cancellation
Fees are normally non-refundable unless the college publishes a specific refund decision. Gateway/bank timelines apply to failed or duplicate transactions.
